Michelle Harwell is a seasoned insurance professional with extensive experience in claims management and consultancy. Currently serving as the Claim Service Manager at Relation Insurance Services since November 2025, Michelle has previously held roles at HUB International as a Claims Consultant and Senior Claims Consultant, as well as a Senior Claims Consultant at Newfront Insurance. Earlier in the career, Michelle worked as a Claims Examiner at The Hartford and as a Claims Representative at Liberty Mutual Insurance, beginning in April 1993. With a robust background in claims management, Michelle demonstrates a strong commitment to delivering exceptional service in the insurance industry.
