Sarah Wigginton

Sarah Wigginton, CPP, SCP has a diverse work experience that spans over multiple industries. Sarah is currently the Director of Payroll and HR Technology at Relation Insurance Services, where they provide leadership in payroll and HR systems management. Previously, they held positions such as Payroll & HR Systems Manager and HR Technology Analyst at the same company.

Prior to Relation Insurance Services, Sarah worked as a Senior Payroll Administrator at Spencer Fane LLP. Sarah also gained valuable experience as a Payroll Specialist and Treasury Analyst at Lansing Trade Group, LLC.

Sarah's earlier career includes roles as an Accounting Manager at James Engle Custom Homes, LLC, Accounting Manager/Staff Accountant at LaGarde, and Accounting Assistant at Sega, Inc.

Before entering the financial and accounting field, Sarah had a successful tenure at Missouri Bank. Sarah'svarious roles during their time there included Relationship Banker, Loan Assistant, Assistant to Senior Vice President, and Teller.

Sarah began their professional journey as an Administrative Assistant at James Cumpton, Mass Mutual Financial, where they handled administrative tasks such as filing reports, requesting quotes, and updating software.

Throughout their career, Sarah has consistently demonstrated their expertise in payroll and HR technology, accounting, and relationship management. Sarah holds certifications as a Certified Payroll Professional (CPP) and a Senior Certified Professional (SCP).

Sarah Wigginton, CPP, SCP holds a Masters degree in Business Administration and a Bachelors degree in Business Administration, both from Baker University. Sarah also has several additional certifications including SHRM-SCP from SHRM, Certified Payroll Professional from the American Payroll Association (obtained in December 2020), and a Strategic Leadership Certification from the American Payroll Association. Sarah is also an Associate Professional in Human Resources (aPHR) certified by the HR Certification Institute - HRCI.
