Helen Coyer

Helen Coyer has extensive experience in governance and leadership roles across various organizations. Currently serving as a Non Executive Director at Relationships Australia (Qld) since March 2022, Helen also holds Non Executive Director positions on the Investment and Audit and Risk Committees at RSL Queensland since February 2019. Previous roles include Board Chair and Advisory Board Member at SurePact® until July 2022, and Chief Operating Officer at Australian Industry Trade College from August 2018 to February 2022. Helen has also contributed as a Non Executive Director at RACQ Bank and QT Mutual Bank, alongside previous leadership roles at QSuper and Noah's Ark Resource Centre (Qld) Inc. Educational qualifications include a Bachelor of Business in Accounting and a Graduate Diploma in Information Technology, Business Systems from the University of Southern Queensland, as well as a GAICD from the Australian Institute of Company Directors.
