Previous experience includes a role as a Staff Manufacturing Engineer at Solar Turbines, where lathe operations were insourced to reduce lead times and costs significantly. Additional experience spans pet training, teaching CNC fundamentals at Cal Poly, and involvement in innovative projects such as a bacteria-powered aquatic robot and an alternative fuels engine conversion. Holding a Bachelor's Degree in General Engineering from California Polytechnic State University, Alexis demonstrates a strong commitment to engineering education and hands-on skills development.
