Anna Gasparyan

Anna Gasparyan is an experienced recruiting professional with a focus on technical and engineering fields, currently serving as the Lead Technical Recruiter at Relativity Space since August 2022. In this role, Anna manages the full cycle recruiting process for multiple domains, including Vehicle Engineering and Robotics Software Engineering. Prior experience includes a tenure at Robinhood as a Senior Recruiter, where Anna played a pivotal role in scaling teams pre-IPO, and previous positions at Zoox and Warner Bros. Discovery, where recruitment efforts spanned various technical and creative areas. Anna holds a Bachelor's Degree in International Relations and a minor in Film and Television from UCLA, alongside an Associate's Degree in General Business from Glendale Community College, as well as studies abroad at the Autonomous University of Barcelona.
