Arwa Tizani Kelly

Arwa Tizani Kelly, P.E. currently serves as Chief of Staff for Vehicle Manufacturing and Supply Chain at Relativity Space, having previously held roles such as Senior Technical Program Manager and Technical Program Manager in Test and Launch. Prior experience includes leadership positions at The Boring Company, where roles ranged from Lead Civil Engineer to Director of Hyperloop Comp, and a tenure as Team Captain/Chief Engineer at UCI HyperXite | SpaceX Hyperloop. Arwa's engineering background also encompasses civil engineering positions at Ware Malcomb, the City of Santa Ana, Tizani Engineering, and Pettit Inc. Academically, Arwa holds a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering (Structural) and a Master of Science in Mechanical and Aerospace Engineering, both from UC Irvine.
