Bejay Magnusen

Bejay Magnusen is an experienced welding professional with a diverse background in the aerospace and fabrication industries. Currently serving as Weld Specialist IV at Relativity Space since November 2024, Bejay previously held the position of Senior Manager of Haven Welding at VAST and worked at Relativity Space as Lead Welder and Master Welder in additive development from March 2019 to August 2023. Additional experience includes roles as Senior Welder at Arrivo, Lead Welder at Virgin Galactic, and Senior Welder at Space Exploration Technologies. Earlier in the career, Bejay worked as a Fabricator Welder and Machinist at Speed Unlimited and as a Fabricator at Penhall Fabrication, specializing in the construction of tube chassis. Bejay possesses advanced skills in TIG and MIG welding, sheet metal fabrication, and solid modeling using SolidWorks, supported by educational background from Orange Coast College.
