Ben Waxman

Ben Waxman is an experienced engineer specializing in propulsion development, currently serving as Principal Propulsion Development Engineer at Relativity Space since January 2021, following a progression from Staff to Senior Propulsion Development Engineer. Prior experience includes working at Blue Origin from June 2014 to December 2020 as a Propulsion Engineer, where development and testing of the BE-4 and BE-3U rocket engines were key responsibilities. Academic work included a tenure as a Graduate Student Researcher at Stanford University and NASA Ames Research Center, focusing on hybrid rocket development, liquid propellant injector design, and two-phase flow effects, culminating in M.S. and Ph.D. degrees in Aeronautics & Astronautics from Stanford University.
