Kara Barnett

Kara Barnett is an experienced recruiting professional currently serving as an Associate Recruiter at Relativity Space, focusing on Manufacturing and Supply Chain since May 2021. Prior to this role, Kara served as a Recruiting Coordinator at Reformation and held positions as a Talent and Culture Assistant with Sigma Lambda Gamma National Sorority, Inc., where involvement included academic and community service initiatives. Additional experience includes hosting a weekly radio show at KCSB-FM, coaching gymnastics at Studio West Gymnastics, and fundraising as a Student Ambassador for the UCSB Annual Fund. Kara holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Economics from UC Santa Barbara.
