Kayla Simon is a highly skilled aerospace engineer with extensive experience in program management and integration within the aerospace industry. Currently serving as a Staff Program Manager for Manufacturing at Relativity Space, Kayla leads a diverse team to develop tooling and facilitate the production of the first Terran-R rocket. Previously, Kayla held multiple roles at Virgin Orbit, including Propulsion Test Engineer, where impactful contributions were made to the company's successful missions. Kayla's entrepreneurial spirit is reflected in co-founding In-Spire Health and engaging with student entrepreneurs at Syracuse University. A graduate of Syracuse University with a Bachelor’s Degree in Aerospace Engineering, Kayla combines technical expertise with mentorship and leadership experience across various engineering and educational initiatives.
