Cristina Rossman joined the Relativity team as Chief Marketing Officer in 2020. In her role , she is responsible for leading the marketing organization. With her extensive experience in building products, programs and functions from scratch, she brings an engineering mindset to decision making and execution while valuing the role of creativity in crafting differentiated experiences. Cristina has led teams through multiple stages of growth at both public and private companies. Most recently, she was Vice President, Product Marketing at Morningstar where she established a product marketing discipline within a newly centralized marketing function. In her 18 years at Morningstar working on both the product and marketing side, some of her notable accomplishments include launching and growing Morningstar Direct, a global investment analysis platform, as well as integrating marketing strategy for Morningstar’s largest revenue driving segment – asset management. She received her bachelor’s degree in industrial engineering from the University of Michigan and her MBA from University of California, Berkeley, Haas School of Business.
