Lauren Janosko is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in business operations and sales management. Currently serving as Director of Business Operations for Engineering at Relativity since October 2019, Lauren previously held the position of Chief of Staff for North America Revenue at Gartner from March 2012 to September 2019, where responsibilities included project management for a large sales department and leading talent development to drive significant growth. Earlier experience at CEB as Associate Director involved managing sales operations for a high-revenue business unit and overseeing recruitment and retention efforts.
