Piotr Stefaniak

Piotr Stefaniak is a Senior Director of EMEA Operations at Relativity, overseeing significant operational growth across the region. Previously, Piotr served as Head of Poland and Board Member, successfully expanding the Polish unit from 150 to 250 skilled IT professionals, with a focus on increasing team diversity and developing strategic leadership. As an Entrepreneur, Piotr manages a property portfolio and develops web applications. Prior experience includes a Senior Manager role at Oliver Wyman, where Piotr led digital transformation projects and operational optimization initiatives, and a Manager position at A.T. Kearney, with numerous IT and financial consulting projects. Piotr began professional development at Shell as a Campus Brand Manager and holds Master’s degrees with distinction from both Warsaw University of Technology and Oxford Brookes University.
