Raúl Miranda has held a variety of positions in the public and private sectors since 1993. Raúl began their career as a Computer Center Manager at Panemarican University in 1993. In 2000, they became the Director of Informatics for the Government of Puebla. In 2006, they were appointed General Director of Informatics for the Congress of Puebla. From 2007 to 2011, they held the roles of Social Media Director and Web Manager for Universidad Popular Autónoma del Estado de Puebla. From 2011 to 2016, they served as the Agencia de Gobierno Electrónico and Services and e-Government sub-minister for the Gobierno del Estado de Puebla. In 2016, they became a Consultant for the Secretaría de Educación del Gobierno del Estado de Puebla. Raúl also held the roles of VP of Process Engineering, VP of Capacity Evolution, Head of Strategy & Partnerships LATAM, and Managing Partner Mèxico & LATAM for Relativity6 from 2016 onward.

Raúl Miranda obtained a Bachelor of Science (BS) in Computer Science from the Universidad Nacional Autónoma de México in 1993. Raúl then completed a diploma in Philosophy from the Universidad Panamericana in 2000. In 2002 and 2003, they earned diplomas from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology in Computers Prototypes and Web Science, respectively. From 2007 to 2009, they earned an MCC in Computer Science from the Fundación Arturo Rosenblueth para el Avance de la Ciencia, A.C. In 2013, they completed an ADIT in Innovation and Technology from IPADE Business School. In addition, they obtained a CMMI certification from the CMMI Institute in October 2015 and an ITIL Foundation Certificate in IT Service Management from APMG-International.
