David Elmaleh

David Elmaleh is a legal professional and founding partner at RE-LAW LLP since April 2019, where engagement in all levels of court in Ontario, including the Court of Appeal, is a key responsibility. David emphasizes creative, effective, and efficient dispute resolution, mindful of litigation costs. Prior experience includes serving as a partner and litigation associate at McCague Borlack LLP from August 2011 to March 2019, where David also began as an articling student and worked as a summer student. David's educational background features a Juris Doctor degree from Osgoode Hall Law School, obtained in 2011, and a Bachelor of Arts (Hons.) degree in Business and Society from York University, completed in 2008. Additionally, David worked as a program director at Camp Moshava in 2008.
