Esko Oja

Esko Oja has a diverse work experience spanning over several years. Esko has held various roles in design, development, and management positions. Starting in 1992, Oja worked as a teacher at Tallinn Music High School until 2000. Then, they joined MicroLink Netcoms as a designer and Flash/Javascript developer. In 2001, they became an art director and project manager at WapOneline Estonia. From 1999 to 2005, Oja worked as a freelance designer and web developer. In 2004, they joined Entraction/24hNetwork/24hPoker as an art director and front-end developer until 2010 when they became the head of front-end production, art director, and front-end developer at IGT Interactive. At IGT Interactive, Oja was responsible for managing the front-end production team, training, and providing expertise in visuals and technology. In 2014, they worked as an art director and front-end developer at Snowcat Games before joining Derivco Estonia in 2016 as an HTML5 development team lead. Currently, Oja is the head of design at Relax Gaming Ltd since January 2018. Overall, their experience showcases a strong background in design, development, and management roles.

Esko Oja studied a selection of design and multimedia related lecture series at the Estonian Academy of Arts from 1997 to 1999. Esko completed their Bachelor of Arts in Music Composition at the Estonian Academy of Music and Theatre from 1991 to 1995.
