Ireen Schlepers

Ireen Schlepers has a diverse work experience spanning various roles and industries. Ireen currently holds the position of Business Operations Director at Relax Gaming Ltd, where they have worked since 2018. Prior to that, they served as the Head of Operations and Head of Aggregation Operations at the same company. Ireen also held the position of Head of Casino Partner Programs and Partnership Manager. Before joining Relax Gaming Ltd, Ireen worked at Tetra Pak as an EPC Coordinator and Sales Administration Officer. Ireen also gained experience at Fontys University of Applied Science as a Project Coordinator and at Unamic/HCN as a Callcenter Agent. Ireen completed internships at TweeSteden Hospital and the Dutch Armed Forces, where they focused on training and change management, as well as strategic personal planning. Additionally, they completed an internship at Tempo-Team, where they gained experience in recruitment and selection.

Ireen Schlepers completed a Masterclass in Strategic Human Resource Management at NCOI in 2014. Prior to that, they earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Human Resources Management from Fontys University of Applied Science between 2007 and 2011. In 2006, they completed their VWO (pre-university education) at Raayland College.
