Rafael Meno

Rafael Meno is an accomplished retail sales manager with extensive experience in the sales and management sectors. From October 2017 to the present, Rafael has served as the Top Ranked Retail Sales Manager at Relax The Back. Concurrently, since December 2016, Rafael functions as the Fitness Sales Lead and Department Manager at Sears Holdings Corporation, overseeing operations in the Specialty Fitness Department and driving profitability through strategic action plans. Prior to these roles, Rafael held the position of District Sales Manager at Perfumania from April 2002 to February 2016, where operational improvements, IT system implementations, and leadership training were emphasized. Rafael also served as District Sales Manager at GNC from February 1994 to April 2002, managing daily operations across 30 locations and ensuring financial accountability. Rafael holds an education from the University of Puerto Rico, Río Piedras, attended from 1987 to 1990.
