Karlie Scott

Karlie Scott is an experienced talent acquisition professional currently serving as a Senior Talent Acquisition Partner at Relay since September 2023. Previously, Karlie held the position of Talent Acquisition Lead at Drop from June 2021 to August 2023, and served as a Talent Experience Specialist at Bonsai for a brief period in early 2021. From April 2014 to February 2021, Karlie worked at Symbility Intersect as a Senior Human Resources Specialist, also taking on the role of HR Recruiter. Earlier in the career, Karlie gained experience as an Events Assistant at Humber Students' Federation (Humber College) from September 2013 to April 2014. Karlie holds a Bachelor of Commerce degree in Human Resource Management from Humber College, obtained between 2011 and 2015.
