Team Lead, Customer Experience at Relay

Kevin Graham has worked in a variety of roles since 2010. In 2010, they were a Team Leader for Ride Operations at Storybook Gardens. In 2012, they worked as a Barista at Starbucks. From 2014 to 2016, they were a Supervisor/Instructor at Pedalheads Bike Camps Inc., where they were responsible for staff training and performance reviews, as well as the all-day care of children and organization of lesson plans. In 2016, they worked as a Bike Mechanic at MEC, where they were responsible for tuning and repairing bicycles, as well as building new bicycle shipments and ski repair. From 2017 to 2022, they worked as a Customer Service Representative at Descartes Visual Compliance. Currently, they are a Customer Experience Specialist at Relay Financial.

Kevin Graham obtained a Bachelor of Science (B.Sc.) degree in Psychology & Cognitive Science from the University of Toronto in 2016. Kevin also obtained a Standard First Aid & CPR/AED Level C certification from the Canadian Red Cross in June 2014.
