Madison Roman

Madison Roman has been working in the talent acquisition field since 2017. In 2014, they began their career as a Style Advisor at Aritzia. In 2016, they moved to Spin Master as an Account Coordinator, and in 2017 they joined Salus Brands, LLC as an Account Manager. In 2019, they started working at Mejuri as an Event Ambassador and at Valence as a People and Operations Lead. In 2020, they joined NorthOne as a Manager, Talent Acquisition and Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist. In 2022, they became the Lead Talent Acquisition Partner at Jerry, and in 2023 they accepted the role of Talent Acquisition Lead at Relay.

Madison Roman holds a Bachelor of Commerce (BCom) from Ryerson University, with a minor in Human Resources. Madison also has a Business/Commerce, General degree from RMIT University.
