Nichole Porter

Nichole Porter is an accomplished sales and business development professional currently serving as Head of Sales at Relay since November 2023, driving business growth and leading key departments including Sales and Customer Success. As an Executive Member at Pavilion and Partner at Hotpot Variety, Nichole continues to expand industry connections. Previously, Nichole held the role of Head of Revenue at Plobal Apps, where leadership encompassed a global team of over 40, optimizing performance across multiple departments. Nichole’s extensive experience also includes various sales leadership positions at Shopify, where notable achievements included being the Top Global Retail Account Executive in 2019. Nichole founded the Toronto Urban Collective, a successful retail events company, and holds degrees from the University of Waterloo and Queen's University, along with a background in communications from BlackBerry and D2L.
