Caitlin Messick

Caitlin Messick is currently serving as a Business Performance Manager at Relay Network since June 2023. Prior experience includes various leadership roles at TD from July 2017 to June 2023, such as VP of Consumer Deposit Product and Payments Integration and VP of Strategic Enablement for Customer Personalization. Caitlin played a pivotal role in enhancing customer experiences through data-driven insights and innovative strategies. Previous positions also include Manager of AI/Machine Learning Business Management at Layer 6 AI and a Consumer Reporting Analyst Intern at Bank of America. Caitlin holds a Bachelor of Science in Business and Enterprise Management with a concentration in Marketing from Wake Forest University, completed in 2016.
