Katelyn Matthews

Katelyn Matthews is a Senior Human Resources Business Partner at Lincoln Financial Group. Katelyn has been with the company since May 2014. Prior to that, they were an Executive Team Leader at Target from July 2011 to April 2014. In this role, they were responsible for leading a team of 70+ employees in four departments and four direct reports. Katelyn was also responsible for recruiting on campus. Katelyn Matthews is a graduate of the University of Pennsylvania.

Katelyn Matthews has a Bachelor of Science in Marketing from Penn State University. Katelyn also has certification from Northwestern University - Kellogg School of Management in High Performance Collaboration: Leadership, Teamwork, and Negotiation. In addition, they have certification from Villanova University College of Professional Studies in Human Resources Master. Lastly, they have certification from Lincoln Financial Group in Lean Six Sigma Yellow Belt (ICYB).
