Michael Sweeney

Unknown role at Relay Network

Michael Sweeney is currently working in an unknown role at Relay Network. Prior to that, they worked as a Sr. Quality Assurance Analyst at Thomson Reuters from June 2000 to June 2017. In that role, they leveraged SoapUI OS w/ Java/Groovy to test and troubleshoot Search and Discover, a search application utilizing multiple web service layers. Michael also built automated regression tests against Kx/kdb+ API using C# and NUnit. Furthermore, they built a web service test framework using C#, NUnit, RestSharp and Json.NET; used Jenkins with Git to facilitate test maintenance. Additionally, they worked with product and dev teams to clarify requirements and diagnose & resolve application issues. Before working at Thomson Reuters, Michael Sweeney was a Technical Support Team Member at United Parcel Service from April 1998 to June 2000. In that role, they provided internal technical support to UPS employees at a mid-Atlantic regional help desk (covering parts of PA, NJ, and MD) and later as a member of the Metro Philly Technology Support Group (on site at a South Philadelphia UPS shipping facility). Michael also built, configured, and maintained PCs for internal users and performed troubleshooting of 3rd-party (MS Office, Internet Explorer, etc.) and UPS proprietary software issues.
