Ben Garris has worked in a variety of roles since 2007. Ben began their career as a Sales Specialist at Circuit City in 2007, followed by a role as a Electronic Sales Specialist at OfficeMax in 2009. In 2010, they took on the role of Porter in the Service Department at Crossroads Ford - Cary. In 2014, they joined ABB as an IS Workplace/Communications Specialist and Global Training Specialist. In 2016, they moved to Republic Wireless as Manager of eCommerce Marketing & Customer Experience, Manager of Online Support & Customer Experience, and KCS Program Manager. In 2021, they began working at Relay as a Customer Success Manager. During their time at Republic Wireless, the company was recognized as one of the Association for Support Professionals (ASP) Top Ten Best Support Websites for 2018, 2019, and 2020.
