Giorgio Rafaelle has worked in a variety of roles since 2011. Giorgio began their career as an Electronic Claims Specialist at Solstas Lab Partners in 2011. Giorgio then moved to Best Buy in 2013 as a Microsoft Consultant. In 2014, they were a Student Intern at CDW-G. In 2015, they became an Advanced Repair Agent at Best Buy. In 2016, they changed roles to become a Customer Success Associate at Guidebook Inc. Giorgio is currently a Software Quality Assurance Engineer III at Relay, a role they have held since 2017.

Giorgio Rafaelle attended Western Guilford High School before attending Guilford Technical Community College in 2011. Giorgio then attended North Carolina State University from 2010 to 2015, where they earned a degree in Science, Technology, and Society with a focus in Computer Programming.
