Aaron Dy

Aaron Dy, PhD, currently serves as Director of Business Development at Relay Therapeutics, having previously held positions as Associate Director of New Opportunities and Senior Manager of Business Development. Prior experience includes a role in Business Development at Dana-Farber Cancer Institute, where significant contributions were made toward commercialization of technologies and revamping strategic planning. Dy also worked as a Consultant at Health Advances, delivering strategic insights across multiple healthcare sectors, and held positions as a Graduate Research Assistant at Massachusetts Institute of Technology, where expertise in synthetic biology was developed. Other notable experiences include communication roles at the MIT Biological Engineering Communication Lab and as a Community Editor for PLOS Synbio, along with teaching and research assistant roles at Indiana University Bloomington. Dy obtained a PhD in Biological Engineering from MIT and a B.S. in Physics from Indiana University Bloomington.
