Colleen Chapman

Colleen Chapman serves as the Senior Director and Patient Advocacy Lead for Oncology and Rare Disease at Relay Therapeutics since July 2022, where responsibilities include developing patient engagement strategies that significantly increased enrollment and maintaining the company's reputation within breast cancer and rare disease communities. Prior to this role, Colleen was the Senior Director of Patient Advocacy and Government Affairs at Frequency Therapeutics, focusing on patient and regulatory engagement strategies. Colleen's experience also includes consulting with Chapman Consulting, LLC, advising for the Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services, and serving in various leadership roles at Georgetown University Health Policy Institute, Spitfire Strategies, Burness, and the American Cancer Society. Colleen holds a Master's degree from the University of Maryland and a Bachelor of Arts from the University of Rochester, along with studies at The American University in Cairo.
