Meredith Horn

Meredith Horn is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in human resources and people management. Currently serving as Senior Director, People Business Partner at Relay Therapeutics since March 2021, Meredith has previously held various HR positions at Novartis Institutes for BioMedical Research from June 2012 to March 2021, including Associate Director, People Engagement Partner, and HR Partner. Earlier experience includes roles at Novartis, Essex County Prosecutor's Office, and Pals Cabin, with responsibilities ranging from compliance and investigations to customer service. Meredith holds a Bachelor of Arts in Pre-law with a minor in Political Science and Legal Studies from the University of Delaware, completed in 2012.
