Rupa Shah

Rupa Shah is an experienced professional in the field of advertising and compliance, currently serving as the Founder, Director, and Influencer Marketing Regulatory Consultant at Hashtag Ad Consulting since August 2017. Rupa also holds the position of Director of Compliance at Releaf since May 2023 and is a panel member of the Promotional Marketing & Direct Response Panel for the Committee of Advertising Practice since May 2020. Rupa's extensive background includes over a decade at the Committee of Advertising Practice as a Compliance Executive and a Copy Advice Executive, where responsibilities included investigating breaches of advertising codes and providing pre-publication advice.
