Relectrify
Stewart Hamilton has extensive work experience in software engineering and firmware design spanning over three decades. Stewart began their career at ICI Chemicals as an Electronics Engineer and also worked at Central Research Laboratory. Stewart then joined Orica (formerly ICI Australia) before transitioning to a role at Varian, Inc. (later acquired by Agilent). At Agilent, they served as a Team Leader Firmware Design/Architect/Developer for nearly twenty-five years. Following their time at Agilent, Stewart worked at Optiscan as a Software Engineer, where they led a team and played a significant role in developing the company's core product, the confocal Microscope. Subsequently, they held positions at Grey Innovation, EWS, and worked independently as a Software Engineer. More recently, Stewart has been employed as a Senior Software Engineer at Relectrify, where they are currently situated.
Stewart Hamilton pursued their education from the years 1973 to 1976 at RMIT University, where they obtained a degree in Electrical Engineering with a specialization in Electronics. Following this, from 1998 to 2000, they attended Monash University, where they obtained a Post Grad degree in Business Management.

Relectrify develops and supplies advanced battery control solutions, which increase the lifetime and reduce the cost of battery storage systems. The company's cell-level battery management and inverter technology is used in battery storage globally including for homes, industry and the grid, and is suitable for both second-life and newbatteries.
