Richard Falore

Richard Falore has a diverse background in engineering and operations, currently serving as an Engineering Lab Technician at Google DeepMind since June 2025. Prior to this role, Richard worked at Boston Dynamics as a Staff Field Applications Engineer from November 2019 to June 2025, and at Adecco as an Operations Lab Manager onsite at Google X, where responsibilities included project planning and improving operational efficiency. Additional experience includes positions as a Manufacturing Engineer at FOX Factory and as a Mechanical Engineering Intern at Primus Power, where Richard developed solutions to production bottlenecks and engaged in prototype work. Richard started a career as an Apprentice at Holt Tool and Machine, Inc., and as an Engineering Intern at SinuSys Corp., demonstrating a solid foundation in engineering principles. Richard earned a Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering from California State University, Chico, between 2011 and 2016.
