Abhilasha Dogra

Abhilasha Dogra is a Manager-Recruitment and Human Resources at Relevance Lab since August 2016. Abhilasha oversees and manages the full cycle recruiting process for teams offshore in India and onsite in North America. Abhilasha plans and conducts new employee orientations and coordinates management training. Prior to this, Abhilasha worked as an HR/Recruiting Executive for North America operations at Mentortechsource and as an IT Technical Recruiter at Brunel Multec. Abhilasha also has experience as a Recruitment Consultant at Ness Technologies. Abhilasha holds a Graduate Certificate in Human Resource Management from Centennial College.
