Monalisa Guru

Monalisa Guru has a diverse work experience spanning over several years. Monalisa started their career as a Systems Engineer Trainee at Infosys in 2009 before moving on to become a Systems Analyst and eventually a Senior Systems Analyst, working on projects for clients such as Apple Inc. Monalisa then interned with JPMorgan Chase in 2013 as part of their Corporate Development Program, where they contributed to improving brokerage reconciliations. After that, they joined Capgemini in 2014 as a Senior Consultant, specializing in social media analytics and targeted marketing analytics. Currently, they are working as a Product Owner at Relevance Lab.

Monalisa Guru completed their Master of Business Administration (MBA) with a focus on Systems and Operations from Xavier Institute of Management from 2012 to 2014. Prior to that, they obtained a Bachelor of Technology (B.Tech.) degree in Computer Science from the College of Engineering and Technology (CET), Bhubaneswar, from 2005 to 2009. Although no specific dates were provided, Monalisa also completed their Class XII in Science from Deepika Eng. Medium School, Rourkela, and their Class X from St. Joseph's Convent, Rourkela. In terms of additional certifications, Monalisa obtained Professional Scrum Product Owner I (PSPO I) certification from Scrum.org in November 2017 and Professional Scrum Master I (PSM I) certification in March 2017.
