Suresh has good knowledge in AWS cloud, hands-on experience in ITIL framework, and intermediate skills in Cisco contact center. With previous experience as a ServiceNow Consultant at Wipro Limited and Operations Team Lead at Servion Global Solutions, Suresh also has hands-on experience in implementation with SolarWinds, ManageEngine, Fresh Service, and Jira. Suresh holds a Bachelor of Engineering in Electronics and Telecommunication from Sathyabama University.
