Allison Kean

Allison Kean is the current Chief Operating Officer at Relevant, a position they have held since December 2020. Prior to this, Allison served as the Chief People Officer and Head of Strategy & Operations at Concert Health from July 2019 to December 2020. At Concert Health, Allison was responsible for quadrupling the clinical team and increasing revenue by three times. Allison also developed models and metrics for day-to-day management, board reporting, and a successful fundraise.

Before Concert Health, Allison served as the Chief Strategy Officer and Chief of Staff at XSEED Education from November 2017 to October 2018. At XSEED Education, Allison redefined the target market by interviewing clients, evaluating competition, and analyzing historical data. Allison also worked to build the organization's external network and brand with prospective partners, and hired country heads and other key staff for Philippines and India markets.

Allison Kean has a Bachelor of Arts degree in Sociology from the University of Chicago and an MBA from Harvard Business School. Allison also attended Stuyvesant High School.
