Angie Babakitis, PharmD

Angie Babakitis, PharmD, has a diverse work experience in the medical and pharmaceutical fields. Angie is currently employed at Relevate Health as a Medical Director, a position they have held since September 2022. Prior to this role, they served as an Associate Medical Director at Relevate Health from March 2022 to September 2022.

Before joining Relevate Health, Angie worked at ConneXion360, where they held the positions of Associate Medical Director from January 2022 to September 2022 and Medical Affairs from July 2020 to August 2022.

Angie's career started at CVS Pharmacy in December 2016 as a Pharmacy Intern. Angie remained in this role until May 2020. In 2018, they also gained experience as a Healthcare Delivery Intern at Optum (formerly Alere Wellbeing) from September 2018 to November 2019.

Angie Babakitis, PharmD obtained their Doctor of Pharmacy (Pharm.D.) degree from Belmont University College of Pharmacy from 2016 to 2020. Prior to that, they pursued a Bachelor's degree in Biomedical Sciences, General at Northern Arizona University from 2013 to 2016. Additionally, they have obtained several certifications including Medication Therapy Management from the American Pharmacist Association in February 2019, Immunization Delivery from the same institution in August 2017, Pharmacy Intern status from the Arizona Board of Pharmacy in April 2017, and Naloxone Administration from the Substance Abuse and Mental Health Services Administration (SAMHSA) in November 2016.
