Paul Lahaski, CSM

Paul Lahaski, CSM has over two decades of work experience in various project management and leadership roles. Paul is currently working as the Vice President of Operations at Relevate Health since December 2022. Prior to that, they served as the VP, Director of Project Management at Arteric from 2019 to 2020. Paul also held the position of Senior Interactive Project Manager at JK Design from 2018 to 2019.

In 2017, Paul worked at Sentient, a W2O Company, where they served as a Senior Producer and later as a Digital Producer. Before that, they worked as a Digital Project Management Consultant at Project Management Consulting from 2016 to 2017. In 2016, they briefly worked as the Director of Project Management at Coyne PR.

Paul's earlier experiences include roles such as Director of Project Management and Senior Project Manager at JK Design from 2011 to 2016. During this time, they were responsible for leading project management teams, ensuring timely delivery, and managing project scopes and budgets. Prior to that, they worked as a Development Manager at Embrace Kids Foundation from 2007 to 2011, where they were responsible for managing fundraising activities and increasing net income.

Paul's career started as a Sales Representative at Cintas Corporation in 2006, where they excelled in selling new business and played a leadership role in training new sales associates. Paul also worked as the Manager of Fundraising Events at The Institute for Children with Cancer and Blood Disorders from 2003 to 2006, where they successfully integrated divisions of Bristol-Myers Squibb Children's Hospital into existing fundraisers.

Paul Lahaski, CSM, holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Economics from Rutgers University, which they obtained in 2003. In 2007, they attended The College of New Jersey to pursue a Nonprofit Management Program. Additionally, Paul completed the Finance Essentials Program at Rutgers Center for Management Development in the same year. In September 2018, they obtained the Certified ScrumMaster® (CSM®) certification from the Scrum Alliance.
