Joanna Burns

Joanna Burns is an experienced professional in venue and team operations, currently serving as Venue Director for the Premier League Summer Series with Relevent Sports Group since March 2023. Joanna's expertise includes a variety of roles in prominent sports organizations, such as Freelance Consultant for Pitch International and Head of Tour for Everton Football Club. Previous positions include managing international events for the Football Federation Australia during the World Cup bid process, and leading tours and friendlies at Liverpool Football Club. Joanna's career also encompasses managerial and project roles at organizations including Merlin Elite, NSPCC, and Grassroots Football Live Ltd, along with competitive rowing experience at GB Rowing. Joanna holds a BA in Psychology from Reading University.
