Carlos Victoria

Carlos Victoria is currently the SVP Sales, Americas at RELEX Solutions. Prior to this, they held various positions at Oracle Retail from June 2006 to August 2019, including Group Vice President - Retail Global Business Unit - Latin America Region. Before their time at Oracle, Carlos was a Senior Supervising Consultant at KPMG from July 1996 to August 1998, where they focused on Business Performance Improvement. Carlos has also worked as a Technical Financial Analyst at Bavaria S.A. from June 1994 to July 1996 and as a Trainee at Unilever from June 1993 to December 1993.

Carlos Victoria has a Specialist degree in Finance from Universidad EAFIT, a B.S. in Industrial Engineer from Pontificia Universidad Javeriana, and a High School Diploma from Colegio Colombo Britanico. Carlos also has a certification from the MIT Sloan School of Management in MASTERING NEGOTIATION AND INFLUENCE.

Their manager is Mikko Kärkkäinen, Co-Founder & Group CEO. They work with Tiia Rapeli - Chief People Officer, Johanna Småros - Co-founder & CMO, and Tuomo Pesonen - COO.
