Saurabh Patole

Saurabh Patole currently serves as a Human Resources and Admin Executive at Relfor Labs Pvt. Ltd. since August 2021, focusing on talent acquisition, including yearly manpower planning, designing job descriptions, and sourcing candidates through various recruitment channels. Saurabh has also contributed to company branding and enhancing the candidate experience, managing profiles at entry, middle, and senior levels. Prior to this role, Saurabh worked as an HR Recruiter at Jobshop Consulting from November 2015 to April 2024. Saurabh holds a Master's degree in Human Resources Management from the Neville Wadia Institute of Management Studies and Research, completed in 2016, and a Bachelor of Business Administration from Ness Wadia College of Commerce, completed in 2014.
