Rebecca Sjølie is the CEO and Co-Founder of ReLi, a company established in October 2020 that offers an exclusive clothing rental experience tailored for women, promoting the concept of access over ownership. Prior to this venture, Rebecca was an Operations Manager at EARTH AI from March 2018 to February 2021, contributing as part of the founding team and responsible for staff supervision and training. Additionally, Rebecca served as a Field Geologist and Environmental Officer, conducting extensive fieldwork in remote Australia. Rebecca holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Geology and Geophysics, Geography from the University of Sydney, obtained between 2015 and 2018.

In 2020, Rebecca Sjlie and Lisa Ribesen founded ReLi AS with a strong understanding of how renting clothing might help create a more sustainable wardrobe. From carefully chosen clothing to partnerships with only the best designers, the idea is that access should replace ownership in the clothing rental industry.ReLi's mission is to easeconsumer transitions to more sustainable clothing choices by reducing overconsumption and overproduction of clothing. ReLi only works with designers who support a more environmentally friendly fashion industry and offers amazing reusable clothes with a long lifespan.
