Ann Buckmiller

Ann Buckmiller, CRCM, currently serves as the Director of Compliance at Reliabank Dakota. Previously, Ann held the position of Compliance Officer II at First Bank & Trust and Compliance/HMDA Officer at American Bank & Trust. With a Bachelor of Science in Banking and Financial Services from Northern State University, Ann specializes in conducting Quality Control reviews for mortgage loans, ensuring compliance with agency guidelines and federal and state regulations. Additionally, Ann is responsible for creating HMDA program management and editing check entries for upload to the LAR.
