Karina Maia Silva

Karina Maia Silva has extensive experience in the field of business development and marketing within Latin America. Currently serving as RSM Latin America at Reliable Controls since January 2016, Karina has previously held the position of Director Latin America at ProMation Engineering Inc from April 2013 to December 2015. Other notable roles include Marketing Manager for Latin America at Belimo Aircontrols from August 2010 to January 2014, and Product Marketing and Launch Manager at Belimo for a brief period in early 2013. Prior to these positions, Karina worked at Belimo Aircontrols (USA) as Business Development Manager and Assistant Manager for Latin America from July 2000 to August 2010. Educational qualifications include a degree from the University of Richmond (1995-1999) and attendance at British School Rio de Janeiro (1991-1994), along with studies at New York University.
