Aaron Alberts

Aaron Alberts has a diverse work experience in the delivery and logistics industry. Aaron began their career as a Customer Service Representative at Express Messenger in 1998, where they excelled in capturing delivery orders and resolving customer complaints. Aaron then moved on to Bellair Expediting as an Assistant Manager, managing their largest account and handling various logistics tasks. In 2002, Aaron joined Concert Group Logistics, specializing in third-party delivery and creating a master log for couriers in airport cities. Aaron later worked at Reliable Delivery as a Logistics Manager, overseeing shipping, receiving, and inventory control. Aaron also held positions at Dependable Delivery/Dynamex as an Operations Manager, managing client relationships and haz-mat operations, and at Reliable Delivery as Chief Operating Officer and President. Currently, they are the Store Owner at Recoil Firearms Inc. In these roles, Aaron has gained experience in team management, sales, operations, and customer service.

Aaron Alberts attended the Michigan Small Business & Technology Development Center in 2010, where they studied Small Business Basics. Aaron does not hold a specific degree from this institution. In addition, Aaron participated in the Dale Carnegie program on Effective Communications and Human Relations, but it is unknown when this took place. Aaron also completed a Trainer Certification Program for Powered Industrial Lift Trucks, offered by ALTA Equipment Company. The date of completion for this certification is unspecified.
