Jasmine Guel is an experienced Human Resource professional with a strong background in fostering inclusive workplace cultures and managing HR operations. Currently serving as the Human Resource Manager at Reliable Fire & Security since July 2018, Jasmine focuses on initiatives related to orientation, training, recruiting, benefits administration, compliance, and employee engagement. Prior to this role, Jasmine held the position of Human Resources Generalist at Hawk Auto Group, where responsibilities included overseeing HR operations across multiple locations, managing recruitment, employee relations, and payroll processing. Jasmine began their career as a Human Resources Assistant and HR Clerk at the Chicago Zoological Society/Brookfield Zoo, where support was provided for various HR projects and compliance-related tasks. Jasmine earned a Bachelor of Applied Science in Human Resources Management from the University of Phoenix between 2010 and 2013.
