Pasandra McNeal is an experienced professional with a background in administrative and billing roles. Currently serving as a Centralized Admin/AR at Reliable Heating & Air since October 2020, Pasandra is responsible for preparing and sending invoices to clients as well as entering and applying customer payments. Prior experience includes working as a Billing Analyst at Airgas from July 2015 to April 2020, where Pasandra utilized SAP and OpenText to manage accounts payable workflows and invoice processing. Additionally, Pasandra held the position of Primary Care Representative at McKesson for a brief period in 2014, and served as a Customer Advocate at Bank of America from July 2008 to May 2014. Pasandra holds a degree in Information Technology from Kennesaw State University.
