Steve Hansmann

Steve Hansmann is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in hydro dynamics engineering and landscape maintenance management. Currently serving as a Hydro Dynamics Engineer at Reliable Property Services since July 2023, Steve previously held the same title at TCOS - Twin City Outdoor Services Inc. from April 2021 to July 2023. As the Owner of Groundskeeper Complete Landscape Maintenance Inc. since September 2001, Steve has successfully managed various aspects of property maintenance. Prior roles include Area Manager and Hydro Dynamics Engineer at Cutting Edge Property Maintenance Inc. from November 2017 to March 2021, focusing on snow removal and irrigation in the West Metro area. Steve holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Architectural Drafting and Architectural CAD/CADD from St. Cloud State University, completed between 1997 and 2000.
