Amit Agarwal

Amit Agarwal has a strong background in the insurance industry, with extensive experience at both Reliance General Insurance and ICICI Lombard. At Reliance General Insurance, Amit held various roles of increasing responsibility, starting in 2012 as the Head of Service Assurance & Strategy. AMIT then moved on to become the National Manager of Motor Underwriting & Customer Experience, followed by Head of Motor Underwriting, Customer Experience & Financial Operations. Currently, they serve as the Executive Vice President, overseeing Motor underwriting and Financial operations. Prior to their time at Reliance General Insurance, Amit worked as a Product Manager at ICICI Lombard from 2008 to 2012.

Amit Agarwal attended S S Jain Subodh P G College in Jaipur from 2000 to 2003, where they earned a Bachelor of Commerce (B.Com.) degree with a focus on Business/Commerce. From 2003 to 2007, they pursued further education at The Institute of Chartered Accountants of India, completing a degree in Chartered Accountancy with a specialization in Accounting and Finance. In the same period, they also studied at The Institute of Company Secretaries of India, receiving a degree in Company Secretarial studies with a concentration in Banking, Corporate, Finance, and Securities Law. Additionally, they earned a Master of Commerce degree from the University of Rajasthan from 2004 to 2006. Finally, in 2014 and 2016, Agarwal attended the Insurance Institute of India, where they became a Fellow Member with a focus on Insurance.
